Maintenance & Support Agreement

This agreement offers maintenance and support through remote services only. It includes remote administration, troubleshooting, system updates, and technical support via phone, email, or internet access to the system. If an onsite support visit is required to resolve a issue, a visit will be charged at the normal Low Voltage hourly rate of $120.00 per hour. There is a minimum onsite Travel & Labor charge of three hours combined for all onsite Security Camera visits. Standard response times for remote and onsite repairs!

Onsite Support Hours Available: 0

This agreement covers a combination of remote and on-site support for your security camera system. It includes remote administration, troubleshooting, system updates, and technical support. It includes an onsite Travel & Labor allowance for hardware repairs and warranty items. There is a minimum onsite Travel & Labor charge of three hours combined for all onsite Security Camera visits. The hours will be deducted from the labor allowance available with the agreement. New hardware or service for Security Camera related items will receive a 2% discount. A discounted Low Voltage Services hourly rate of $115.00 per hour. Priority response times for remote and onsite repairs!

Onsite Support Hours Available: 6

This agreement offers full coverage for your security camera system! Included are Priority Remote administration, troubleshooting, system updates, and Priority onsite technical support. A once a year onsite system health check for cameras and NVR, check camera views, hard drives and recording verification, firmware updates, any repairs, alerts management. There is a minimum onsite Travel & Labor charge of 2.5 hours combined for all onsite Security Camera visits. The hours will be deducted from the labor allowance available with the agreement. New hardware or services for Security Cameras, Data Cabling, Audio Video Support or related items will receive a 5% discount. A discounted Low Voltage Services hourly rate of $110.00 per hour. Priority response times for Standard Business Hours Support and Priority hardware replacement support.

Onsite Support Hours Includes Yearly Onsite Systems Check: 10

Agreement Hours available for the year! Includes Annual Health Check, Travel, On-Site & Remote Support:Addtioanl hours charged at discounted rate.

Additional Labor and Travel hours may apply beyond this agreement for any new or existing hardware not listed in the agreement. New projects will be billed at the current standard rate for Low Voltage Services ($120 per hour) unless noted in the agreement. Emergency Monday-Friday after-hours labor billed at 1.5x agreement labor rate. Weekend labor services at 2.0x agreement labor rates, will be billed separately.

Unused hours do not roll over to the following year. There is a minimum travel and labor charge for any on-site work performed under the agreement.

Additional Costs: Replacement parts and hardware are billed separately unless covered under warranty.

Hardware Agreement Discounts: Standard and Comprehensive agreements receive equipment discount: 5% off all hardware purchases during the agreement term (discount does not apply to emergency after-hours labor or specialty equipment).

Actual Costs of Agreements: The prices in this calculator are an estimate. Upon request, an official Support and Maintenance agreement with accurate costs will be provided.

Expected Travel Radius: Maintenance and Support Travel limit of one hour or 30 miles from the Smart Digital Tech Hatfield Pa office. Any travel outside of the expected travel radius of 30 miles may have an addtional charge added to the agreement.

Standard Business Support Agreement Hours: Our security camera support team is available during the following hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

After-Hours & Emergency Support Not Included! Weekdays: 4:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Weekends & Holidays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (emergency calls only) Holidays are not included in support agreement.

Minimum One Year Agreement! Renewals starting on January 1st. Any agreement approved after January 1st will be prorated for the remaining year. With the balance invoiced at the end of the year.
